Our Pet-Friendly Philosophy
At The Riley, we know that pets are family. That's why we've designed our community to be a welcoming environment for both you and your four-legged companions. From our lush grounds to our convenient location near San Antonio's best parks, your pets will love living here as much as you do.
Dog Policy
We welcome most breeds of dogs. Enjoy morning walks around our beautifully landscaped courtyard or head to a local dog park just minutes away.
Cat Policy
Feline friends are more than welcome at The Riley. Our spacious layouts provide plenty of sunny spots for your cat to relax and lounge.
Compliance
All pets must be registered with the management office, and up-to-date vaccination records are required for the safety of our community.
Policy Details & Fees
- Number of Pets: A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per apartment home.
- Pet Deposit: A one-time pet deposit is required at the time of move-in.
- Monthly Pet Rent: There is a nominal monthly fee per pet to maintain our pet-friendly facilities.
- Breed Restrictions: Certain breed restrictions apply for the safety of our residents. Please contact us for the full list of restricted breeds.
- Weight Limit: No weight limits apply, but temperament checks may be required for larger dogs.
