The Riley Pet Policy

Pets welcome upon approval

  • 3 pets per apartment home

Pet fees are as follows:

  • 1 pet - $300 fee
  • 2 pets - $500 fee
  • 3 pets - $650 fee

Pet Rent:

  • $25 monthly/per pet

Aggressive breeds are not permitted
